The premise that the load cell can be replaced is that the axis of the applied force coincides with the force axis of the sensor, which is the first point.

As the rated load increases, the microvolt / indexing signal output by the load cell is reduced, not as the rated load increases, and the output signal increases. This is often overlooked. So when replacing the sensor, should be used as much as possible with the original load of the sensor. If you want to change the load slightly larger, it is necessary to pay attention to the weighing scale of the electronic scale instrument is adjustable: If it is not adjustable old display instrument, because the load into a larger sensor, the output of the micro / Small, can not be full-scale output, display, dial adjustment can not reach the purpose and can not be used; if the range is adjustable load cell, replaced by a larger load sensor, you can set the range, according to manual debugging use. It should also be noted that if the rated load of the sensor is too large, the output microvolt / indexing signal is too small to easily reduce the sensitivity of the scale.

For the electromechanical coupling scale in which the S-shaped sensor is installed in the second force link, it should be noted that the length of the connecting rod after reinstalling the sensor is the same as the length of the original link. On the other hand, it is necessary to ensure that the first force lever level and the link with the first force lever into a 90 degree angle. If there is a deviation, will directly affect the accuracy and sensitivity of the scale. Link length is too long, there will be "scale big" phenomenon; too short, there will be "scale small" phenomenon. At this point should also be noted that the link must be in a free suspension state, not with other objects friction, so as not to affect the sensitivity of the scale.

Electromechanical combination of the scale in the replacement of the sensor after the debugging, should be accurate in the mechanical scale on the basis of accurate display instrumentation instructions.

Whether it is electronic scales or mechanical and electrical combination of scales, after the replacement of the sensor, must be tested before use.
