Force Sensor It's very critical

As one of the main means of acquiring information in the field of nature and production, the force sensor plays a key role in modern industrial production, especially in the process of automatic production. In modern industry, various sensors are used to monitor and control various parameters in the production process so that the equipment can work in a normal state or optimal state and achieve the best quality. With the development of science and technology, human beings have higher and higher accuracy requirements for various kinds of measurement, and the measurement data is more and more, so various kinds of sensors and measurement tools have emerged.

In the early 1980s, China's sensor sensor was in the development and production stage, and was able to independently develop and produce. Begins with a single point weighing sensor, S type pressure sensor, hub-and-spoke force transducer, pillar type weighing sensors can now be non-standard customized special shape strain sensors. But neither from, such as the precision of the sensor or life are lagged behind Europe and the United States and other countries, even our neighbouring Japan, they force transducer technology is ahead of us at least 15 years or so. Europe and the United States in recent years, some old measuring force manufacturers to develop a batch of micro pressure sensor, small size, small load cell strain sensors such as micro/mini/small size/volume/small range and high precision load cell. This enables our sensors to be further behind in the technical level.

According to the analysis, the sensor industry development of our country, especially high-end demand are heavily dependent on imports, domestic demand for sensor localization gap is huge, the current sensor imports accounted for 80%, sensor chip imports accounted for 90%. Domestic demand is urgent.

First, the products of private or joint ventures occupy the middle and low-end markets. Traditional technology and equipment can meet the manufacturing requirements of most products, and the market is in good shape. In addition to the individual varieties, the chips that are produced in foreign countries can be used to produce relevant products and occupy a larger share of the market. Other high-end products are monopolized by foreign manufacturers.
